The simple rules for using WhichOutfit — your closet, subscriptions, and AI styling.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WhichOutfit mobile application and related services ("WhichOutfit", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using WhichOutfit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
WhichOutfit is licensed, not sold, to you. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can read it here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA controls for matters it addresses. If you download the app from the Google Play Store, your use is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WhichOutfit. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in using Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it. You may delete your account at any time from More → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
WhichOutfit offers a free tier, an optional Premium subscription (monthly or annual), and consumable credit packs. How your purchase is billed depends on where you buy it:
WhichOutfit uses artificial intelligence to tag items and generate styling suggestions. These results are suggestions for your convenience and entertainment only — they are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional styling, retail, or other advice. You are responsible for your own choices. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled by our AI providers.
You retain ownership of the photos and information you add to your closet ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate the app's features for you (such as cloud backup, tagging, and styling). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You agree not to misuse WhichOutfit, including by: uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or using the app to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
If you create an outfit poll, the photos you select are shared via an unlisted link so others can vote. You are responsible for the content you choose to share, and you can close or delete a poll at any time from within the app.
WhichOutfit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhichOutfit and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of WhichOutfit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
